The recently released Thackeray movie is a real-life story of Bal Thackeray or popularly called Balasaheb Thackeray. He became a great politician form being a cartoonist and journalist. He was the founder of the Political Party- Shiv Sena for Maharashtra and became one of the most influential leaders of his time. The movie shows the rise and falls that he came across in his life. The movie got released on 25th January, which was his 93rd Birth Anniversary. The role of Bal Thackeray is played by one of the finest actors of Bollywood, Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

This biopic covers the rise of Bal Keshav Thackeray from being a cartoonist to the founder of a great Political Party in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena. It shows the fiery moments in his political life as well as his personal life. The role of Thackeray was performed by Nawazuddin Siddiqui who did a power pack justice to the role. Thackeray is written and produced by Sanjay Raut, who is an MP Rajya Sabha and a member of the Political Party Shiv Sena.
The movie is a must one time watch as suggested by the Critics’ reviews.
