Now like about around 5 years later Paramount Network is set to air a documentary on legend Paul Walker, “I Am Paul Walker”. The documentary is directed under the directorial of Adrian Buitenhuis, who is remembered to produce films on Heath Ledger, Chris Farley and Muhammad Ali, and is being handled by Derik Murray. “I Am Paul Walker” premieres August 11.
“I Am Paul Walker” will feature family footage and interviews with the deceased actor’s family, both of Walker’s parents, his brothers, and his sister and friends including “Fast and Furious” franchise director Rob Cohen and co-star Tyrese Gibson and, “Running Scared” director Wayne Kramer. It is worth to mention Brian O’Conner of the Fast and Furious franchise was the name given by Walker himself.
In the matter of fact actor also starred in earlier films like The Skulls, Into the Blue, Flags of our Fathers and Bobby Z.”I Am Paul Walker” will focus on more than just Walker’s reel life but the documentary will detail his real life his passions outside of Hollywood, including his dedication to the conservation of the world’s oceans, his love for marine biology and the role he played in helping to rebuild Haiti after the devastating 2010 earthquake. A car show in memory of Walker was held in May at College of the Canyons.
Those in the U.S. will be able to watch “I Am Paul Walker” on August 11 at 9/8c on Paramount. For those outside the U.S., the documentary should be made available online.
